Boa estadia, recepção prestativa.
Local muito bem estruturado com uma ótima localização atendentes tanto da noite quanto da manhã muito atenciosos e prestativos café da manhã é suficiente para a gente ficar satisfeito. Preço bom.

Não tivemos uma boa experiência. Quarto não estava limpo, ao chegarmos, durante os três dias de estadia, não limparam o quarto nenhuma vez. Quarto extremamente pequeno, abafado. Chuveiro dando choque, banheiro pequeno. Imaginamos que, por pagarmos R$ 900,00 na diária, seríamos instalados em um quarto um pouco melhor, mas não fomos. Não vale o custo benéfico.

Não foi uma experiência agradável. As acomodações são ruins, péssima conservação, banheiro sem box, camas desconfortáveis, café da manhã servido apenas depois das 7h00 e como tínhamos compromisso, tomamos apenas café e pão com frios. Havia feito o pagamento pelo cartão de crédito e na hora de fazer o check out, a atendente disse que não estava pago, foi necessário ativar o pagamento depois que insisti que já havia feito o pagamento. Segundo ela estava viajando e as pessoas que estavam lá "não sabiam como funcionava".

Gostei da estadia
Cheguei a noite, minha reserva que fiz por aqui não constava, porém resolveram rapidamente o problema. O estacionamento é meio apertado e o funcionário da noite pareceu perdido e um pouco irritado mas manteve a educação a todo o momento e fez o melhor para resolver os problemas. No quarto que fiquei a cortina da porta de vidro se mostrou ineficiente para o sol de manhã que as 6 já incomodava e senti uma falta de manutenção quanto a detalhes da estrutura nada que atrapalha a estadia mas que no geral peca em beleza como porta descascando no banheiro e a porta enferrujando na varanda. Porém considerando tudo foi muito bom o ar condicionado resfria bem, televisão com imagem ótima, porém podia seria legal ter canal por assinatura, camas confortáveis apesar da cama de solteiro ranger um pouco, perto do centro. Café da manhã espetacular, tudo muito gostoso e funcionárias muito simpáticas e tudo muito limpo e organizado nos quartos banheiros e áreas sociais. Voltaria a se hospedar lá sim. E recomendo, porém liguem para confirmar se forem reservar por site.
