"Nós realmente adoramos nossa estada nesse hotel. É uma proposta diferente, está inserido num grande loteamento que logo será uma pequena cidade vizinha à conhecida praia do Guajiru. O acesso direto de Trairi é muito bom e rápido. O apartamento (loft) é muito confortável, bem equipado. Apenas achei que o ar-condicionado do andar superior quase não dá conta, acho que porque o ar frio vai pro andar debaixo, pois é aberto. Chuveiro muito bom. Ficaria um pouco melhor se o banheiro debaixo também tivesse chuveiro, ou se tivesse um chuveirão lá fora no pequeno jardim. "

Anything else for me , the best retirement ambient for it. Very nice and helpful staff and locals. Best beach view, very good hotel breakfast and food on locals restaurants around the hotel."

"My recent stay at the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco offered a mixed experience. As a new establishment, it certainly has its strengths, but there are also areas that could significantly improve. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, which is always a highlight and contributes positively to the overall atmosphere. The accommodation style is quite unique, with guest rooms located in standalone houses, each containing four separate apartments. This provides a sense of privacy that many guests will appreciate. However, the design of these houses presents some practical issues. The access areas to the rooms lack doors, which means they are prone to flooding during rain. This was a significant inconvenience during my stay and clearly needs to be addressed. Additionally, while the rooms themselves were comfortable, the pillows could definitely be improved for a more restful sleep. When it came to amenities and dining, I found the options to be quite limited. There were few choices for amenities, and the lunch options were particularly scarce. For a hotel of this caliber, a greater variety in both these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco shows promise as a new hotel with a dedicated staff and an interesting room layout. However, addressing the design flaws in the room access and expanding the amenity and dining options would undoubtedly elevate it to a much higher standard."

"We had reserved the hotel the day before. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was not ready. The front desk said we would need to wait for the room to be cleaned, about 30 minutes. Or we had the option to go to the room of the first floor, but we had paid for the upper level room. But we would not be able to use the pool or have anywhere to put our things. After requesting a refund, they were magically able to find a clean room within the room we had paid for. After that everything was wonderful. "
