"The hotel is very nice with an exceptional view and private beach. The team is really nice though very few of them speak English. They are trying to do their best. The food is not at the level of a 5 stars and lot of kids shooting with parents with shorts and flipflop at the restaurant but we really enjoy our stay and many thanks to the team and Thiago who upgraded us. "

"Clean room, staff was friendly (for the exception on one reception guy at night) but the others were very attentive and helpful all the time. We loved the waiter at the restaurant who served us he was AWESOME! I forgot his name but it was an older (short) gentleman. The check out staff was also very attentive and helped us by calling a taxi and helped us out to the car. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back "
