"We had 3 fantastic stays at the Riverte Kyoto Kamogawa. Very service minded staff that took good care of us from arriving to checkout. Room was spacious, nice and comfortable - and the hotel has a small rooftop terrace. Area is quiet and nice, but with a selection of amazing small restaurants close by. We will stay here again when we visit Kyoto. "

"The stay was absolutely surreal. Breakfast was worth the extra $20/pp USD so don't skip. The Onsen was a really neat experience and the body & hair products were literally top notch. The only complaint are the pillows. They are really bad. Luckily walking 20k steps means you can sleep on the ground you are so tired. Would stay again but maybe buy a pillow. Like for real for real."
"Muy buen hotel. Desayuno bufette execelente. Servicio de shuttle cada 20min al centro. Habitaciones muy amplias y comfortables. Central para tomar taxi a diferentes sitios de Kyoto. Ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo de Kyoto, para estar alejado de las multitudes. "

"Great location with shops and dining options right below the hotel. Rooms were a good size and very clean with a convenient mini sofa and table to allow for a quick snack/meal grabbed from the 7-11 downstairs. A bit of a walk to the nearest metro ~8-10mins."
