Anna at the restaurant was great at suggesting gluten-free options for my mom and I! Also made a great cappuccino’s! Everything was thoroughly walkable and the shuttle to and from the airport was extremely worth it! The room was great and came with a fridge and kettle! Would highly recommend staying there again!

Last minute book and so glad we did from the get go the staff were amazing and lovely. Especially Maria and giannis they gave us a lovely welcome and made sure we could contact them if there were any issues. They gave us amazing recommendations for things to do and food! Overall AMAZING TEAM!

Was a great place for a stay walkable to everything and the staff was wonderful, the restaurant Katasboo on the property has the best food ever try the pizza , fresh everything about it ws sooo good we ate there a lot and breath taxing views

Excellent, location is good very close to town centre, staff member was great at check in , Maria, hopefully i remembered correctly, she gave great information, room was nice, comfortable bed , and hot tub type bath was great , food in the restaurant was nice , Nice experience, all staff members were great .

Lovely hotel, close to all amenities

Great check in. Lovely room with a cave hut tub (not so hot though), cave shower and two queen size beds in lovely bedrooms. Close to restaurants, bars and supermarket and not far from the airport. Would stay again when we visit Santorini.

This property was not only beautiful, but the staff was really amazing and went out of their way every step of the way! Being a VIP with hotels.com they not only gave us a massive upgrade, but provided us a great bottle of wine, a lovely note and sweet treats from their restaurant! They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and having a good time! They left us a note and we loved it

I thought this was a great place. We stayed in the cave room sea view with indoor hottub and the room was wonderful. I really enjoyed mornings on the patio which is very private and evening soaks in my indoor private pool. Lots of hot water, the bed is comfy enough and the housekeeping staff do an incredible job. There are lots of amenities provided, robes, toothbrush, water, tea coffee, slippers and shampoo. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. We originally booked for 4 nights but stayed an extra two because we just didn’t want to leave. There is a nice restaurant and two pools with great lounge beds. This hotel is on the backside of the hill in Fira but within easy walking distance of all the markets and crowds. Personally I prefer my room to be in a quiet space. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to Fira but not right in the middle of it. The a/c works and it is quite!
