Overall the hotel was fantastic. Extremely helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. Great club sandwich and cocktails at the pool bar. The only negative point was the bedding was not changed during the 1 week stay. It would also have also been nice to have more variety at the breakfast buffet.

Lovely staff to greet you and couldn’t do enough to help you. Hotel is just at start Of Fira street so great location for bars, shops, restaurants. Room were clean but only complaint is noise for other rooms can be heard and on Saturday night noise can be heard from bars. 10 mins to airport and just around corner to bus station for local bus.

Perfect location and wonderful staff. They helped us every step of the way. The breakfast had many options. The only thing we found out is they allow daily renters pay a fee for use of the pool area.

A perfect stay. We had 2 rooms at this hotel both were clean and well presented. The pool area and staff were very good. A special mention to Nick and who took us on an island tour and for our airport transfer. He gave us a fantastic island tour and was very friendly. We would without hesitation return to this hotel.

The location in Fira was really great, because there were not many stairs. Very walkable to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely return one day.
