A hidden gem. Lovely room in the old

Beautiful surroundings, very friendly staff, rooms are the actual original houses of the village and the whole concept of local food/products is simply genius. Very quiet no cars or any noise. I will go back

Rifugio della Rocca Calascio is a stunning place with breathtaking views and a medieval atmosfere. The hospitality of the host is exeptional, and the local cousine is delicious. We higly recommend Rifugio della Rocca Calascio to anyone who loves mountains.

We had such a great time here. We were greeted with coffee and snacks and plenty of information about the town. The restaurant was closed but was offered to us which was great. we were also given suggestions to go eat at. the rooms were great, breakfast was very good. we even got to purchase some chirstmas ornaments. our host we also very friendly.

Great place to relax

I have stayed in many hotels in many different countries over the years. I have never seen a hotel with such excellent cleanliness, breakfast, and staff. I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of the staff members. They were helpful and friendly in every way. I am very happy that I chose this hotel and I will recommend it to everyone. A surprising comfortable stay with good service and clean functional rooms despite the unusual location at a road intersection backing on to a petrol station.

Amazing room and nice decor. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Breakfast was prompt and good. Great value and service.

Smack bang in the middle of the old town, situated just in the pedestrianised area. Given the location, there is no parking, but we had no problems finding free parking within a 3 minute walk. (I'd recommend a car so that you can visit outlying towns / villages/ mountains.) The hotel does a good continental breakfast between 7 and 10. L'Aquila has plenty of options for bars, restaurants etc.

This is our fourth stay in this wonderful bed and breakfast. It’s our home from home when in Italy. Everything is perfect. We will be back.

Beautifully reformed property in a classical building. Comfortable bed, great air-conditioning, and a large bathroom. The owner, Luigi, is a great host. This was my second stay at La Casa di Tocco, and I will stay there again in the future.

A little gem of a place, quiet nice area. Lovely staff. And the little restaurant that is connected is the only place to eat for steak, the best i have ever tasted..
