"I booked this listing with the understanding that we were going to be the only occupants. Upon arrival we discovered a gated and locked staircase to the upper level. Concerned that the upper floor might be occupied or possibly available for another rental booking, we called Hotels to confirm again the sole occupancy. Satisfied that the accommodation would surfice we retired to our beds. I awoke to the doorbell ringing at 11:30 PM. Not knowing the neighborhood and unaware of who could be at...

Top Santiago Tilapa Hotel Reviews

Fiesta Inn Periferico Sur

8/10 Good

"Excellent location and service. However, it has paper thin walls. At night you can hear water running from other showers and conversations from other rooms"

Stadía Suites Mexico City Santa Fe

10/10 Excellent

"It is very clean personal is very nice. My sweet was really pretty and he was clean every day. I stay for a week so having a washer in the dryer definitely helped out. Living room and my room had beautiful views of outside. There is grocery stores and a huge mall right around the corner and a beautiful park to walk and eat. I would definitely stay here again next time I go. It’s not far from places what makes it far is the traffic which is everywhere you go. Plan a little bit of a ahead of time."

City Express Plus by Marriott Ciudad de México Santa Fe

8/10 Good

"The hotel was great, I have no complaints about it. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It is further away from the airport so plan about 1-2 hours commute time to and from the airport, again it depends on traffic and time of day. The only thing I would say that I wasn’t impressed by is the late night reception staff. My family and I got in on a late flight and had a 2 hour commute to the airport due to road construction, so we were tired. The night staff was not welcoming at all and talked to me with an attitude the whole time. Again, the hotel is great, the staff need more training on customer service"
