Localização é boa, e só, quarto fede a cigarro.

Tudo muito velho, e sujo, mau conservado, e por nao pegar sol o apartamento tem cheiro de mofo e cigarro, predio super barulhento.

O local em que se localiza o prédio é muito bom, dá para ir andando em varios pontos turísticos pois fica no centro. O quarto muito bom, com cozinha, geladeira e fogão... Nosso único problema foi com o Wi-Fi que parou de funcionar por 2 vezez e para nós a internet é importante para contatarmos nossa família, pois não dá para pagar internet a parte... Quando parou da primeira vez entramos em contato com a administração que resolveu, e na segunda vez também.

Antes de tudo, é bom esclarecer que não se trata de um hotel. Na verdade, eles te alugam um apartamento em um prédio residencial. Contudo, no geral a experiência foi boa. A localização é ótima, bem no centro de Santiago. O metrô está a uma caminhada de 5 minutos. O quarto é confortável, tem cozinha completa, porém o banheiro poderia melhorar. O chuveiro estava com um vazamento, mas conseguimos nos virar sem precisar irmos ao escritório reclamar. Também sentimos falta de um ar condicionado ou ventilador. Só existia um aquecedor. A senha da internet informada estava errada. Precisei reiniciar o roteador para as configurações de fábrica para conseguir usar. O responsável pela estadia prometeu chamar um técnico que nunca apareceu. Tivemos problemas com pequenas baratas na cozinha. Um casal de amigos que ficou em outro quarto não teve esses problemas. Então posso dizer que recomendo.

O apto não é um duplex, como mostrado na foto do anúncio. Não tem serviço de arrumação, nem papel higiênico no banheiro (somente um rolo que colocam no início, como "cortesia". O apto está mal cuidado, toalhas encardidas. O local é barulhento: na época que fui, além das obras que estavam sendo realizadas no local durante o dia, o barulho dos "vizinhos" durante a noite/madrugada incomodou. Não voltaria e não recomendaria aos meus amigos/família. O único ponto positivo é a localização.

On check in we realised the wifi and tv didn’t work and the room didn’t have any towels or toilet paper. We had to argue with the check in to give us towels and toilet paper. The internet and TV was cut off by the provider because the owner didn’t pay the account. It took 3 days to get that connected. The apartment was also not very clean. We have now found 3 months later an employee has used our credit card for $900 of transactions. A report has been filed and will be forwarded to local authorities.

Cheap for the area, disappointing condition.

Both the kitchen exhaust and bathroom exhaust were broken, approximately half of the lights in the apartment didn’t work, on check-in the internet and TV didn’t work due to non-payment of the account which took 2 days to resolve. The kitchen and bathroom were both dirty and we had to wash all of the dishes before we could use them. The building is in a great area and the rates were very cheap but in future I’ll pay a little more for a better room with a different operator.

Godt værelse til prisen. Dog var det svært at aflåse lejligheden ordentligt . Receptionisterne var venlige men meget svære at take med. Taxi afhentningen gik helt i fisk så vi nær var kommet for sent til lufthavnen.

Look elsewhere property is confusing

This place has 4 towers which is leased and rented out by 5-6 other companies. Reception cannot direct you to the correct area upon check in and are rude if you do not speak Spanish. They are not helpful and have no interest when you speak English... I would look elsewhere to make Check in easier this was frustrating as they sent us to 3 different areas which took us at least an hour to finally check in once we figured out the correct floor to go to. Otherwise the room itself is comfortable enough.

Bad experience!

Not a hotel, it's just an apartment building. No service. No shampoo, no soap, no toilet paper. No fitted sheet for the king bed so they just put a queen sheet instead! Pool not functional. This property should not be on hotels.com!!!! Lots of young people partying and yelling as late as 5am in the corridors.

Cuando llegué, la gente en la recepción nunca había oído de "Villa Apartaments Santiago". Ellos llamaron el número que estaba en el invoice, y recibieron un texto que dijo, "Estoy ocupado, no puedo contestar." Fue hasta como una hora después que alguien les comunicó para decirles cuál era la agencia manejando el departamento. Nada divertido a las 10:00pm después de muchas horas viajando...

Falta todos os equipamentos de cozinha, não tinha sabão, toalhas, papel, nada. Ficamos na mesma viagem em outro apartamento do mesmo complexo, o altura suites. Este outro é muito melhor. Não fique neste apartamento, fique em outros.

FANTÁSTICO VOLTARIA COM CERTEZA

Em se tratando e Apart Hotel, não esperava sequer serviço de quarto, mas a limpeza é diária e com um único impecílho de não haver possibilidade de dispensar a limpeza do quarto, fora este fato o Aparte é fantástico, quarto (Loft) charmoso, bem localizado, limpo, confortável, custo benefício incrível, muito conhecido, praticamente em cima de um supermercado, proximo de um starbucks, Parque Florestal, Museu Belas Artes, La Moneda, Plaza de Armas, Paseo Ahumada, Cerro Santa Lucia, etc. local conhecido dos taxitas e motoristas de vans, inclusive, ponto de taxi em frente e sempre com uma van para o aeroporto.

Très mauvais service

La chambre est moderne et confortable mais il y a pas mal de problèmes : les fenêtres ne ferment pas à clef, le code d ouverture de la chambre est trop facile, la cuisine est très mal équipée et surtout le service est déplorable. Ils ne trouvaient pas notre réservation et nous avons donc attendu 40 min avant d avoir la chambre, personnel désagréable, le code wifi n était pas le bon et le téléphone de la chambre ne marchait pas sonc on a fait 3 aller retour pour la réception dans un autre bâtiment, bref vraiment pas terrible !

O apartamento é muito bem localizado e o apartamento muito bom.Apenas precisam se organizar melhor pois chegamos de madrugada conforme avisado ao fazer a reserve e apesar de termos recebido email de confirmação, disseram que não havia reserva em nosso nome. Clean, easy access to metro stations.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apart hotel. The rooms are large and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a decent meal. Very well located, with easy access to many restaurants and supermarket. The Internet is flawless, very important for a business person like my self. The staff is very courteous and help me with everything I needed.
