El olor a cigarrillo dentro del lugar fue desagradable el primer día que nos hospedamos. No había disponibilidad de jabón de manos, algo básico. Tampoco otros como shampoo y secador de cabello. El internet fue suspendido a las 11 de la mañana, entendemos q era hora del check out... un gesto de poca cortesía con viajeros. La relación del costo es alto comparado con la calidad de otros lugares de la zona.

Todo excelente hasta el dia siguiente que a kas 3 de la madrugada cuando estabamos completamente dormidos ingreso una persona al departamento con otra llave de la misma habitacion ...imaginense cual fue nuestra reaccion ya que mi señora quedo impactada por esta situacion ...segun la persona que ingreso aseguraba que el habia arrendado el.mismo departamento...esto nos dejo muchas dudas ya que existian 2 llaves similares que estaban en el edificio por lo tanto da a pensar que en cualquier momento pueden ingresar al momento que nosotros salieramos....este detalle es sumamente delicado....

A regular apartment

This is not a hotel; it is simply an apartment in a residential building in downtown Santiago. As far as I could tell, people in the adjacent apartments live there. Don't expect a concierge or maid service, therefore. The building has a doorman: you give him your name and ID, and he gives you an envelope with the key to the room and the code for the wifi. That's the entire transaction (assuming you paid in advance, as I did -- otherwise I don't know whom you deal with to pay your bill). The apartment is yours for the duration, and it's not huge, but it's quite acceptable for one person alone, or for two good friends: a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette, which has the cookware and utensils you need for basic cooking, plus a sink, a refrigerator, two electric burners, a microwave, and an oven. I did not try to use the building's pool and fitness room, although the webpage says that one can use them. The location is two and a half blocks from the Metro station La Monera, towards the western end of Santiago's downtown. I was on the ninth floor, facing away from the street and high enough that noise was not a problem. (I'm more noise-tolerant than most people, being from New York City, but I still don't think it would be a problem for too many people.) The apartment was clean when I arrived -- thanks maybe to the owner, or maybe to the previous tenant -- but from there on, cleanliness was up to me: nobody came in to clean during my 3 days there.

Lo único bueno es que es central.

Los elementos de la habitación están muy descuidados, puertas de armarios desvencijadas, las habitaciones no fueron limpiadas en los 10 días que estuve, los elementos de la cocina sucios y viejos, no había jabón para lavarse las manos al llegar, entre otras cosas. Al llegar recibes sólo 2 toallas grandes, una pequeña y un rollo de papel higiénico. La iluminación triste y sólo puedes ver la televisión en el dormitorio. No podías escuchar música a menos que llevaras tus elementos. Lo dicho, lo único bueno es que era central

Hotel bem localizado

O hotel é muito bem localizado, praticamente ao lado do Palácio la Moneda e perto de vários pontos turísticos de Santiago. Tem uma estação de metrô próximo, mas fomos em quase todos os lugares andando. O pessoal do hotel são bastante prestativos e educados, só pecou um pouco na limpeza, porque ficamos uma semana no apartamento e nenhuma vez às toalhas foram trocadas e nem foi feito a limpeza do mesmo. Mas no geral foi tudo maravilhoso.
