Each morning there was no breakfast available (only slices of bread & juice). I came down earlier & earlier each morning expecting food. Finally on the third morning I came down at 7:15am, breakfast starts at 7am & still only slices of bread & juice. They’re not making enough food for the number of guests they have staying. Don’t advertise breakfast as included with a stay if you won’t prepare enough food for your guests.

Good hotel but extremely small rooms.

The location is great, very close to a subway station and it had lots of dining options and supermarkets nearby. The hotel staff were nice, and the room was clean. The only issue I had was the size of the room, it's remarkably small and the only place where I could place my suitcase was on the bed, and I slept on the other side. The day I arrived we did not have any internet at all during the whole day, but the issue was solved the day after.

Very well located hotel, clean with very helpful and polite staff. I would only add more options of salty foods for breakfast and the option of a more orthopedic mattress for guests who like it, like us.

The Ibis Budget in Santiago has an amazing location. You can walk to the public transportation, restaurants and also some attractions. Dont expect much from the rooms but it was perfect for our trip. Spend most days outside and come back to the hotel just to take a shower ( which by the way was awesome )and sleep.

Awful initially, great after.

The check in experience was awful! I booked a room with 2 beds, for a couple and a child. When we arrived at the room, there was only one bed. No one informed us the room we booked was not available and we had the terrible surprise when we got at the room. I went back to the reception and said there was no bed for my son. The employee said he couldn’t do anything and I had to talk to the manager the next day. So we had to sleep 3 people in one bed, with only 2 pillows!!! The next day the manager apologized, we were moved to the type of room I booked and we received a dinner invitation as an excuse. So, although the initial stay was terrible, it became pleasant after the second day. The locality is excellent, breakfast was very good and most employees are very friendly. I would recommend the hotel.

It's always a challenge with the receipt; they always tell you the same thing, that they'll send it by mail and then they don't. If there's a deadline to send it for finance department reasons, they should inform us.
