Our stay at Hotel Pasko was amazing! The hotel is lovely, meals are delicious, location is perfect, and staff is extraordinary. Highly recommend and will return ourselves if we ever get back to Santiago.

Great room especially for the price.

The gentlemen here were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoyed the location as it was easy to walk to many places, as well as tips on places to visit or avoid during my time. Room was nice and big. Only stayed for one night but would have been a great room if I had stayed for more.

The property is located on a quiet gated street which is quiet and safe. The staff at Hotel Pasko are very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room and property could use a handyman to stay on top of some maintenance items, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Place!

The hotel is in downtown Santiago de Chile, located on a very quiet street ends on a residential area. It a very cozy place, makes you feel home. The hotel has its own restaurant which seems to be the best known secret is town as for lunch is very popular. Plenty of seating including a very nice outdoor terrace. The place is super clean and confortable, perfect location close to everything and safe.

Es cómodo y muy tranquilo, y cuenta con una arquitectura muy clásica de edificaciones y que el barrio que lo alberga es muy bello, aunque de cuidado porque es mu oscuro en la noche en los alrededores. Es como y muy buen servicio tanto de desayuno simple pero bueno. Cerca de metro Bellas artes

The staff here is fantastic. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect. There are lots of restaurants and cafes right around the corner. It’s walkable to many points of interest, and there is a metro station just around the block. Even though the hotel is in a central area, it’s on a quiet street and it doesn’t get noisy at all.

Todo bien, buena relación precio calidad, habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Solo un detalle y es que la habitación tenia un bajo aislante acústico de lo que sucede en los pasillos, pero afortunadamente había pocas personas en las fechas que estuvimos por lo que no nos afectó

Hotel surpreendente!

Quarto com temperatura controlável, limpo e espaçoso. Cama grande e muito confortável. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Hotel pequeno mas super charmoso, atendimento excepcional com destaque para o Jorge da recepção que se preocupou com todos os detalhes. Café da manhã é servido 8hs e pensei que não iríamos ter por causa dos horários dos passeios, mas mesmo assim nos anteciparam ou foi embalado para levar. Localização muito conveniente e de fácil acesso. Voltaria com certeza!

I really wanted to rate this property higher because the staff was excellent, and it was in a great location. But, we had a room that was at the front of the building. There’s a motion light across the street that went in and off all night. Plus, the hotel’s front door bangs when it opens and closes in the night, as well, sound travels up the stairs, and echos into rooms. This hotel has a lot of potential, but I found it too noisy to enjoy.
