The hotel was okay overall—the facilities were decent, and the staff was very friendly. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The sheets were dirty, and the towels had a very strong chlorine smell, which was uncomfortable. We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The price was cheap, and it was the only hotel available in the area for the dates we needed, but they definitely need to improve their cleanliness.

Decent hotel in Santiago for the price

Nice budget hotel, bit tired in places but fairly clean. Really helpful and friendly staff - organised and airport transfer super quick and allowed me to check in early. There is a bit of road noise but it's not a particularly busy road late at night.

Only okay.

Very basic room. TV service didnt work, internet was unreliable. Very loud music coming from downstairs late into the night when we were trying to sleep. Parking seemed relatively secure.

Get what you pay for!

The staff was really good and spoke very good english. The breakfast was just coffee, juice, toast and some type of sliced meat, but it was fine. The room was disappointing; no refrigerator, no coffee pot, basically just the beds and a small table. The beds were ok, the pillows were shot.

Place was pretty run down and to me seemed not very clean. The bathroom sink was the cleanest place I think. I used my own towel as a kind of blanket as I didn't want to use theirs, used a T-shirt as a pillow case instead of theirs as well. Noise everywhere...even from the AC. I looked for something on the cheap but still looked ok to crash for a night so I have a lot a can tolerate and this just wasn't for me.

É bom no geral, só precário no café da manhã

O hotel atendeu muito bem minhas espectativas e não tive nenhuma surpresa. Quarto quádruplo que me foi concedido era espaçoso, confortável, bem aquecido. O ponto negativo mesmo foi o café da manhã, com poucas opções e repetitivo durante toda a semana, tinha só uma opção de fruta por dia, ovo e pão.

Bom custo benefício

Bom custo benefício, porém alguns pontos que poderiam melhorar, deveria ter um espelho no quarto, tem apenas um pequeno no banheiro, na recepção do hotel não tem banheiro para hospedes, caso chegue antes do horário do check-in terá que se segurar até entrar no quarto.

Poderia ter sido melhor.

A localização é boa. O café da manhã, deixa muito a desejar. A cama tinha colchão desconfortável a ponto de fazer buraco e dar dor nas costas, na primeira noite no hotel. Muito Barulho de outros hospedes nos corredores. Internet não funcionava nos quartos, tendo que descer a recepção para utilizar. Experiência não foi boa. Eu não indico este hotel.

Valeu apenas pela localização

As únicas coisas boas são: localização e banheiros (que foram renovados). Mas no geral o hotel é decadente (prédio velho, decoração antiga e sem cuidado), e café da manhã muito fraco. Além disso, com algumas exceções, os funcionários são grossos e atendem com má vontade.
