La pésima limpieza mató todo lo bueno del lugar

Lo positivo es la ubicación, ya que queda frente al metro y cerca de los lugares que concurríamos, también el tamaño es adecuado para 3 personas, ademas destacar que nos dieron la posibilidad de realizar el check in casi dos horas antes de lo indicado... pero podría ser un lugar muy agradable si no fuera por la pésima limpieza, tuve que ocupar mi tiempo y comprar productos de aseo para poder dejar apto para habitar el lugar, lamentablemente esto empañó todo lo bueno que pudiera tener.

A estadia foi bem ruim. Primeiramente, quando fiz a reserva estava como hotel (Tricapital da Vincci). Chegando lá era um prédio residencial... me senti lesado pela primeira vez! Chegando ao local para se conseguir entrar no apartamento tinha que entrar em contato diretamente com o proprietário para ele passar a chave.. Só que não tinha tinha wi fi na portaria e para nós que estávamos chegando em outro país à noite e sem chip do local complica muito. A sorte que contratamos transfer e o motorista muito atencioso fez esse trabalho. Depois disso descobri que não havia limpeza nenhum dia e que não teria como Trocar toalhas de banho e rosto nenhuma vez, ou seja até o final da estadia as toalhas e o tapete de banheiro estavam sujos e fedorentos... Para piorar o proprietário queria cobrar um valor bem mais alto que o acertado na reserva do Hoteis.com... Acabou que, mesmo mostrando o print e depois de alguma discussão ele teve que aceitar o valor correto! Mas tudo isso gerou um grande stress. A limpeza era bem ruim! A única coisa boa deste local é a localização... 100 metros de uma estação de metrô Me senti lesada!!! Não voltaria e muito menos indicaria a alguém! Também perdi parte da confiança que tinha no Hoteis.com, pois acreditando na seleção deste,que sempre achei ser criteriosa, reservei um local que ainda não tinha sido avaliado!! Tirando o hotel que na verdade era um apartamento tipo kitinet, a viagem ao Chile foi excelente!!
