You get what you pay for. The staff was extremely friendly, though! The motel didn't have any water in the pool and the buildings need some more work to seem more accomodating. My personal limit was the burnt coffee in the morning - that is unforgivable. Great coffee would easily get them another star.

The attendants that were on were very nice. We booked room about an hour before we arrived, we had been on the road for 16 hours, when we got to the room, approx 10:30, they had turned the lights on for us so we weren't walking into a dark unfamiliar space. It was very nice of them.

The property is run down. Shower and sink stoppers both broken. Grounds are dirty, broken landscape lighting. Breakfast was unappetizing. The room seemed clean…. Refrigerator not as cold as it should be. Needs a lot of TLC!!

We stayed here on the way back from a cruise as it was right off the interstate and it was cheap. I did not expect much but what we got was much worse and inexcusable. I was with my wife and 2 children. We arrived at roughly 930pm. I went to the lobby to check on and as a seasoned traveler i should have known better and turned around and walked out. The smell was horrid but it was late and we were tired so i bit the bullet. First, the description said sleeper sofa which is the main reason i booked it as i didnt want to hear my kids complain like they did on the way down about sleeping in the same bed. There was a couch but no pull out. We get to the room and go in and the only thing that i can say was clean was the bed sheets and pillow cases. The rest of the room is disgusting and i will post the photos on google after this if you want to see as proof. Pubic hair in the shower and on the toilets. Grime on every surface of the bedroom. The AC looks like it hadnt been cleaned ever. Stains on the chair. Every corner was caked in grime as well as the light switches. The blow dryer and iron had a layer of i dont know on it. The lampshades were covered in plastic as i guess they didnt want them to get dirty....lol. The bed sunk in the middle like it was a comedy movie. The final straw was the people yelling next door and outside at each other and then yelling that they were going to cut them and shoot them. Had to call the police to get out of our room.

It was the worse place we ever stayed. We were on the ground floor by the stairs. Teenagers and young men were hanging out - yelling, cursing, talking loudly until 3 am. Called the front desk and they did nothing. I would never stay there again

Arrived at 7:45 pm only to find out that one of the two rooms booked was not ready even though we had a 3 pm check in time. Was told it would be ready in 5 minutes, 45 minutes later the room was still not ready. We asked for our money back and the manager said he refunded us.

The pull out couch was broken. The Security locks were broken. The sink was stopped up. Filthy bathtub! Sheets weren't pulled down and there were multiple stains on the mattress. We slept on top of the sheets with no blankets.Would have left if it wasn't so late at night and no other options were close.

Quick stop off of 95. we reserved a king size bed on Hotels.com, got 2 standard size beds. room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was fair.

The area is alittle unsafe at night, but the hotel itself is safe. We had one problem our sleeper couch wouldn’t open, but the workers all came to try and help, they were extremely sweet and tried to offer us a few different options since the accommodation wasn’t available. Overall everything was great. They are super sweet and make sure your please happy and sweet. Whenever we travel we may just stop in for a night.

A couple surprises but nice and inexpensive hotel.
We had a couple check in surprises. When we booked on Hotels.com, there was nothing in the description about an additional fee for our small dog and no mention of a required deposit. Many hotels we book have a small fee for a pet but none we’ve booked asked for an additional deposit - not for the pet but for everyone who books. I think management should disclose this on their listing. That said, the room was very clean and well kept. Our stay was pleasant, the staff was very friendly and polite. Our deposit was refunded about 3 days later. That part was uncomfortable.

Stayed with a friend on a trip to Florida. Near the highway, but really needs an update. The grout was coming off in the bathroom, there were holes in the wall, the furniture is really old, and the bed banged every time I got in or out of it. And, they just added $50 to my bill with no rationale that I now have to argue with them to credit or cancel on my cc account. I would NEVER stay here again!

Recently remodeled. For me bed was too soft but that's just my preference. Parking is right outside your room door. Breakfast was average. Wifi and large color tv. Nice lobby and dining room. You cannot hear any traffic from I95.

Dirty beds with horrible service.
My family was planning on staying here for a night on our way up the east coast. Upon checking in the front desk service was very rude. Once in the room we found the room to still have trash, bed sheets were not changed/ cleaned and the mattress’ were very dirty and old. This is substandard to anyone standards. This hotel should be SHUTDOWN!! The employees that work at this hotel gave us the run around and were beyond rude!! We will never stay at a quality inn again!!

I checked in with my family (2 adults and 2 children) at 1:30 am after a long drive. I was given a key card to the room with the room number written on the key card sleeve. I used the card to open the corresponding door (at 1:35 am) and discovered people already sleeping in the room. I quickly closed the door and proceeded back to the office. I understand this is a human error, but at the same time, I feared for my safety. And I can only imagine what the occupants of the room were thinking.

The location is perfect. The breakfast was extremely limited and the hotel, rooms, bedding, heat/ air all need updating. They clean the rooms with an awfully strong perfumed agent.
