"We loved everything about this hotel, from the decor, the staff, the pools, the food etc etc. we stayed here because we were visiting the Falls, but ended up quite a way from them by car booked through travel desk in main lobby of hotel."

"o hotel é simples, o café da manhã também, com 02 tipos de frutas café chá leite 2 tipos de bolos, aparentemente o hotel é antigo, os quartos perto do que ocupei pareciam estar precisando ou passando por reforma pois as portas estavam com aparencia de suja por obra, os funcionários são bem educados."

"Clean room, staff was great and assisted with questions on local spots. Breakfast was very good with a variety of fruits, breads eggs and sausage. "

"The breakfast is very good and the room was clean. We found the room to be quite small. There is no closet or dressers so we had to live out of our luggage. I had a gown for a wedding that I was attending but no where to hang it safely. We were supposed to receive a bottle of sparkling wine in our room but it was not present. The shower drain was clogged and it almost flooded the bathroom. However, the staff is amazing and they fixed the shower and brought us sparkling wine. The pool area is so beautiful and we really enjoyed hiking the trail. We were able to see beautiful birds and monkeys. "

"We loved staying here, our only regret was not being able to stay longer! The rooms are beautiful and spacious and modern. The breakfast and the buffet dinner we tried were amazing - a lot better than other places we had been. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and picturesque definitely recommend staying here !"
