Excellent hotel, a little bit noisy room. The pools needed a refresh and the pool bar doesn not have many options at the menu, we missed fruits or fresh salads... In the other hand, the breakfast was AMAZING!!! with a lot of options every morning, even for celiac and vegans. Excellent staff.

The wifi was terrible, the water temperature was not consistent sometimes shower would get lucky warm to cold and sometimes warm to hot. We didnt enjoy shower since most of the time the water was colder than what we expected. The hotel was having issues ants. Front desk sent someone to take care of it. but ants were not just in the room, the gameroom had lots of ants too. I didnt take shampoo and conditioner, but i recommend taking your own conditioner. The little bottle provided by the hotel feels like soapy water enough to wash your hair, it says 2-1 in the bottle, but I didnt feel any conditioner and it made my hair tangle and hard, it was horrible. I had to buy conditioner at the store nearby.

O hotel é popular querendo subir de categoria. Transito de pessoas intenso, obras de estacionamento, é antigo porém tem partes visivelmente reformadas. O quarto (2401) é amplo, cama boa, tv nova banheiro amplo. É um quarto com acessibilidade. As janelas de balancim não são adequadas para um hotel. A limpeza é boa porém, a privada tem um cheiro residual de urina, não é falha da limpeza, é do item. Café da manhã em um restaurante no topo do hotel, bonito e com muitos itens porém não me agradaram em sabor ao ponto que não tomei mais cafe da manhã no hotel. Para quem gosta de quantidade de itens, sim é um bom café. Estacionamento terrível, em obras, com uma rampa perigosa pela inclinação e perigoso, ja que se o hospede chegar tarde no estacionamento, ele tem que descer do carro para interfonar para a recepção abrir o portão que leva a cancela. Área da Piscina instagramável com piscinas pequenas e climatizadas, serve mais como bar ao ar livre. Check out as 11:00h incompatível com a realidade que até nos hoteis mais luxuosos de Foz fica as 12:00h. Sala de jogos boa para crianças. Academia em reforma e desconfortável. Experiência geral, razoável.

Sempre fico nesse hotel quando vou à Foz. Gosto da localização. Dessa viagem levei minha família toda, alugamos quatro quartos, uma das reservas foi feita “picada” duas noites e mais uma. Porém essa noite extra foi uma categoria inferior, coisa q não percebi uma vez q custava o mesmo valor na hora da reserva e nem percebi a “superioridade” da categoria do quarto uma vez q era um quarto super simples e que o banheiro fede a esgoto(reclamação de todos do grupo). Me esqueci de avisar essa questão e saí, me aplicaram uma multa de 100 reais. Enfim, correto pq estão no direito deles porém do fato trato ao cliente achei péssimo, eles me falaram q eu “atrapalhei o grupo” e quando pedi p me colocarem no quarto de categoria certa disseram q não tinha mais disponível, bem confuso, paguei a multa e não retorno mais, acho q n fazem questão.

Excelente! Quarto confortável, café da manhã maravilhoso, localização ótima. Única reclamação é do estacionamento que apesar de ter acesso por dentro do hotel, está inacabado. Em dias de chuva o acesso fica todo molhado . E é cobrado por fora R$25/dia. E fica aberto sem ninguém pra olhar , apenas com uma cancela.
