"Very nice hotel. Very clean. Odd entrance, coming in off the street into a very small with stairs and an elevator to get to check-in. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Excellent breakfast buffet with a good combination of local and international food options. Lots of fruits. We were thankful for a washer/dryer being available. My only disappointment, we were on a lower floor, where our view was mostly air conditioning units, partially blocking a nice volcano view. Very close to the MultiPlaza Mall with many restaurants and high-end shopping opportunities. Recommend. "
