Staff in all levels has high standards so their service is excellent, the hotel is clean, very well organized even though had a lot of traffic (events going on) it never felt crowded. They provide plenty of room for guests. Excellent location to walk in La Gran Via and neighbors malls. The area is very safe.

Amazing Stay. The reception desk staff were very professional and pleasant. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I really liked that they have a washer and drier for an extremely reasonable. price. I know that as I used some Laundry facilities in El Salvador. I love the garden with the mature trees, and the picnic table that it is an excellent idea. This hotel is right there 1-2 minutes walk to the Gran Via and its restaurants, Cascada and Multiplaza mall.

The room was really clean and staff is super helpful and friendly, the pool is cold but with a nice weather you enjoy it. The only thing we didn’t like is that the AC is so old that the noise it makes is to much. Woke me up a few times during the night
