"Esta propiedad cuenta con mesa de billar, (pero no esta en la mejor condicion) futbolitos, y mesa de ping-pong. Tambien nos toco comer mangos que crecen en la propiedad. Tienen varios arboles frutales. Si tiene dos piscinas. La playa esta como a 5 minutos caminando, no se ve del hotel, y es muy desierta. Cuidado en la arena, yo encontre vidrios rotos. Una luz en el bano de la habitacion no trabajaba, y el cable no trabajo, el trabajador dijo que por el clima, y las nubes, la recepcion es muy mala. Tambien no ofrecieron agua en la habitacion. La comida que sirven en el restaurante no es muy buena. Este hotel esta muy lejos de alguna tienda, o restaurante. No hay otras opciones para comer cerca. Tambien creo que seria muy dificil conseguir transportacion (Uber, o taxi)."

"Este hotel es un verdadero TESORO!!. Mi esposo y yo lo visitamos por segunda vez y ya estamos planeando nuestro próximo viaje. Es un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de un fin de semana inolvidable. "Booked and paid for a room. On the day of booking when I arrived at 8:30 pm, staff informed me that they had no vacancy and they overbooked my room to another client. They said they arranged for a friends hotel to stay at with similar amenities instead. The alternate hotel was cheaper, but I didn’t get reimbursement. They were happy to keep the extra money between the room costs. Also, alternate hotel was cheaper for a reason. The room I was given was too small to open my luggage, the front reception area had flying ants everywhere. Luckily, the ants weren’t in the room. Comparing pictures of what I booked for, clearly not equivalent in hotel type. In summary, beware that even if you book weeks in advance this company may bump your reservation for another one. Then they will offer you a worse stay, elsewhere and keep the extra income. Lacking respect and commitment to a prior booking. Expedia says to get in touch next time before alternate arrangements. But this isn’t always practical if you arrive late in the evening and tired."
