"Very nice hotel with access to a wonderful beach. Because it was winter, we were not able to do watersports because of the sea condition but it was still fun and kids enjoyed the park and the waterslides. Excellent destination for family."

"Clean, well-kept hotel with large pool, garden and beach area (across the street). This hotel is a nice place to relax compared to louder mega hotels in the resort.
Breakfast was lovely and varied. However, two suggestions from me: Please provide free bottled water daily in the room and more fresh juice options at breakfast.

"C'est la deuxième fois que nous réservons dans cet hôtel à Sal et ce sera toujours le seul. Il est excellemment placé bord de mer proche du Centre.
L'hôtel refait des chambres à neuf.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mention spéciale pour les beignets à la banane.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, nous avions une suite parentale d'environ 35m carré, salle de bain avec douche et baignoire et double vasque, un balcon très grand avec table. Chaises et 2 transats. Les piscines calmes, le Beach Club très sympa, juste dommage que les lits soient des matelas à même le sable et pas des transat en bois comme ceux en terrasse. Location gratuite pour les clients de l'hôtel, c'est top. Je le recommande, surtout que les autres autours sont moins bien... "
"Without a doubt, one of the best holidays we’ve had. We travelled as a group of friends with children 2 to 18 years old, and there was truly something for everyone. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was huge and full of activities that after a full week, we still hadn’t explored it all!
The buffet restaurants were outstanding. The variety and quality of food were impressive, and the service was exceptional. A special mention must go to one of the waitresses, 'Miraculous', who was incredibly kind and patient with our lively group of children. Her warm and friendly nature made our visits a pleasure.
The pools were consistently clean, and the variety from kids’ pools to more relaxing area meant we always had something to enjoy. One day, during a temporary power outage, the slides at the water park weren’t working, but the lifeguard kept the kids entertained, which was appreciated.
The beach was breathtaking clean, beautiful, and easily accessible. The facilities nearby were convenient, and even the vendors offering excursions were great to deal with. 'Victor', in particular, was friendly, helpful, and never pushy. 'Jose' from VIP Guest Services also deserves recognition. Despite us not being VIP clients, he was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
The only slight disappointment was with restaurants we booked. Unfortunately, the staff there were quite rude and the food didn’t meet the same standards as the buffet.

"The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. There is a nice walk along the promenade to Santa Maria which takes about 10-15 minutes. The staff are very friendly and work tirelessly entertaining the guests. The food is tasty and presented nicely. I'd definitely recommend the cocktails"
"Not aesthetically all that, but very clean and comfortable and very central to every where you’d want to go.
The staff are the most amazing people I’ve come across. I had a casual chat with Kipsa( I hope I spelt it well ) and mentioned it was my birthday. He got the kitchen to make me a birthday cake which made my day and made me feel at home.
