The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The issues we had were the thin walls between the rooms and people coming in at 1 to 4 am and talking full volume and constantly making it hard to sleep.

This was a very nice hotel, the room was clean the soaps provided were nice and the balcony views made getting up every morning worthwhile. What really set this hotel apart for us was the kindness of the staff. Besides the general pleasant experience, amazing recommendations, and the positive attitude. They went above and beyond. We had to leave 5 in the morning to catch our train. They packed us a to-go breakfast. With nothing being open that early, we were very grateful for all members of these team. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

Excellent séjour. Hôtel très confortable.

Excellent séjour. Hôtel bien situé par rapport aux sites (visite de Santa Margherita, Portofino, Rapallo). Très confortable, très propre. Literie très confortable. Parking dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel ce qui est très rare. Petit déjeuner excellent, copieux, complet, cappuccino, latte macchiato, chocolat chaud délicieux. Un petit bémol : on entend un peu les occupants des chambres voisines.
