You know those dream elegant hotels you see in movies always wishing that you’d stay at one like that. Well this hotel is just that, the best customer service we’ve experienced. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, the hotel was very clean and well put together, the food was amazing and the views were one of a kind. 5 stars is not enough to express how good this hotel is as we are already planning our second stay there.

This place is great. The facility and the staff are wonderful. The only complaint I have is that they allow dogs and I stepped in dog poop on their elevator! Yes, kind of funny but is that what one expects from a five star hotel? We would book this hotel again and overall it still got a five star review. Good buffet breakfast was also nice!

First, if you are allergic to dogs/cats, take your allergy meds! I forgot mine and had a rough time allergy wise. Cute dogs everywhere :) BUT Everything about this hotel is awesome. They have a very attentive staff, great food, awesome bar and the views are top notch. The pool was heated while we were there and it was something out of a movie.
