"Staff was wonderful. Disappointed their Michelin restaurant and the rooftop was closed for renovations. That was the big reason we chose this hotel. Pools were nice. Turkish bath was nice to use after a long day of exploring Rome. Overall it was good. The restaurant at the hotel was overpriced and not a great meal. Better to go out for dinner. "

"The hotel is in a great location, and we loved the size of the property. It’s a wonderfully designed space with super friendly staff, and cool overall vibe. The rooftop deck is especially relaxing, and Paola at the front desk is a wealth of knowledge about the many restaurants to choose from in Santa Margherita Ligure. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back one day. "

"We booked this hotel last minute on our travel back to France from Venice and we are SO happy we found it. The staff were wonderful and attentive and helpful. The terrace and pool was lovely with a gorgeous view of the sea and a small gym. The morning breakfast was beautiful and generous and the garden patio we sat in was beautiful. We wish we could stay longer but will absolutely be back. Thank you to the staff for hosting us and making this stay so memorable and relaxing. Highly recommend....

"First time staying at the Hotel and was pleasantly surprised with everything, whilst it is typically Italian in design/furniture it has a lovely terrace..the pool/beach area is lovely with its own bar/restaurant which has great service...the town is a ten minute walk where there are lots of nice restaurants/shops/bars...all the staff are very friendly and attentive..I can't find anything to fault! I would definatley go back"

"Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was also big and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was very good. The only negative thing I would say is that we didn't know you needed to pay extra to use the pool 20 Euro per person. They should advertise this more prominently."

"Nice bright decor. Clean room, firm bed and firm pillows which I like. Hotel is 5 mins walk to ferry point and 3 mins to a really good Gelato Centrale. Construction outside hotel makes parking quite challenging but hotel staff parked our car for us at a private carpark."

"We liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the view is nice of the bay. My only compliant is when I went to order a tea at the bar to take up to our room - they insisted to bring it up as room service and charge me a lot for room service, which was ridiculous. Most hotels would let you purchase a coffee or drink and bring it up to your room. It is a great place to start your walk to Portofino and it has lots of restaurants within walking distance."
