"Not worth the tariff charged (11k per room), room up on arrival had smell of smoke. Though the staff turned on the ventilation but wasn’t that effective. Nearby hotel had a wedding so was a lot of noise (not hotel’s problem). But it wasn’t value for money. "

"Great place to stay in lucknow as the room was super spacious. The building was newly made and the host design the room with very luxury style. The balcony was very cozy with a garden and sunset view. We have enjoyed a-lot and all credits goes Arth Team to make our stay memorable. See you soon Team!"

"Good service but not too well maintained. Scotch tapes on tv, bathroom glass. Not that top class look! Also a couple of staff members didn’t seem to be decent towards women folk."

"Terrible service, had hooligans making loud noises from 1.15am through 3am. Despite various attempt to ask staff to stop the noises, nothing was done. Also staff is not aware about privacy rights of the guests as someone informed our room number and the hooligans kept ringing the bell and knocking the door to disturb us even more. Very bad experience staying, the bedding was not clean also the floor was not properly cleaned. Not looking forward to staying again. "
