"I booked the property through Expedia and paid a non-refundable room charges on 1st Aug 2022. When I arrived at the hotel to check-in, they told me we have received no voucher from Expedia. The front office staff said, we have removed our listing on Expedia and not sure why it's still appearing there and allowing people to book our rooms.
