Good food Very friendly courteous staff

The staff are helpful. The food is excellent. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner had a good spread. They also arranged for transport to Imagicaa. The rooftop infinity pool is a good place to view the sunset. Minor quibble about only one roll of toilet paper provided for a family of four. But this was resolved quickly.

Excellent property

Reaching to the property itself was very painful. 3Km of surrounding roads in all directions of this property are simply worse. They are REALLY bad, awful. Try and reach this property during bright day light to avoid any unforeseen surprises. Property itself is good/nice/clean, staff is very courteous and amenities are also good. Best Property I have ever stayed

The place is real nice and the view I got from my room was peaceful

This lush, green and serene property tucked away from the hustle-bustle of Mumbai is well designed & properly maintained. The pool view rooms are spacious with ample terrace space, which is very nice. The pool is large, though on the shallow side. The River Pej flows gently by, creating a serene ambience. As far as the human aspect is concerned, Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Mangal are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are also efficient and helpful....

The Machan in itself is so breatakingly beautiful .. The staff are who made our stay so wonderful. They were courteous and so understanding. A special thanks to Mr. Mayur and Ms. Samta!! We are truly grateful :)

Not so easy to find, but the taxi and I got there in the end. Clean, helpful staff. Wake up call came on time. Good vegetarian restaurant downstairs.
