"Amazing stay at Royal Lakshmi (Laxmi) Palace Jaipur. We stayed here for one night since Marriott was all booked. To my surprise, this property went above and beyond on a customer service. Starting with Checkin, when we arrived, rooms were already ready to check in took less than 3 mins for them to verify /scan IDs and give us keys to the room. "This is a nice property with great staff. However there were some issues to be aware of. The first two nights I had a room with a very hard bed. One of those nights there was no hot water. It was explained that there was a large group that stayed and that the boiler just couldn’t keep up. Understandable, however I was moved to another room and one night hot shower.
