"I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and while the staff were courteous and tried to be helpful, the overall experience was far below what you would expect from a property advertised as 3-star. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom showerhead had visible mold, which is a basic cleanliness issue that should never be overlooked. It raises serious concerns about hygiene standards and overall maintenance. The handling of late checkout was equally disappointing. I was initially told it wouldn’t be a problem, but the next day I was informed I would be charged $15 per hour. This inconsistency is unprofessional and misleading. More importantly, charging by the hour gives the impression of an hourly-rate motel, which is not what guests expect from a hotel positioning itself at this level. Between the poor maintenance and inconsistent policies, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. I would not stay here again."

"We stayed Apr 23-24th, room 7123 and our room had black mold on the walls.They painted over it but it was bubbled out and was very mushy. Our whole room smelled like mold. There were droppings in the closet that looked like mouse poop. The bathroom was not clean and the light fixture had never been cleaned. The towels felt like sad paper on your skin. This isn't a huge deal but the TV was completely fuzzy and you couldn't read the guide because it was so distorted. We were told there was towels at the pool, but there were none. A lot of little things wrong but the biggest was the black mold. Hopefully they will get this fixed, but we will never stay there again."

"I had a pretty frustrating experience with the valet service at this hotel. When we first arrived, we pulled up to the entrance and the valet staff completely ignored us. No greeting, no instructions nothing. I ended up going to the front desk to ask what was going on, and that’s when I found out the valet service is outsourced to a third-party company. Apparently, you have to go inside and pay for parking at the front desk before they’ll even take your car. That was already inconvenient, but the worst part came when we had to leave at 3 AM. We requested our car and ended up waiting an hour and a half before we finally got it back. There was no clear communication, and honestly, I have no idea where my car was or what they were doing that whole time. To be fair, the hotel itself is fine. The room and overall property didn’t have any major issues. But the valet situation is a serious problem and completely unacceptable especially if you’re on a tight schedule. This kind of delay could easily cause someone to miss a flight. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re prepared to deal with major parking headaches."
