"we recently stayed in this hotel during our trip to Hampi. The hotel is pretty average with not much amenities. They are no swimming pool and they charged extra for early check-in. One major feedback. I have is that there were bloodstains on the bedsheets and we asked them to change it."

Well, our driver was not as keen on this hotel as he was expecting it to be in Hospet. However, we loved it. About half an hour's drive to the temples at Hampi, the hotel provide a map to miss out downtown Hampi initially. Staff were really friendly and the room was comfortable and well cared for. The shower head needed a bit of reattaching to stop it leaking, but that was easily enough done (coincidentally, I am currently staying at a very high end Bombay hotel and it had a similar problem!)....
