She was consistently exceptional - warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She remembered small details, checked in proactively, and made each morning feel welcoming. The staff were very helpful, especially in the restaurant with my dairy intolerance. My meal of Jerk Spiced Pork Rib Eye was delicious. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is ideally situated to explore Blenheim Palace."
