"Great place stay after driving through Big Sur, convenient and clean"

"Arrived on site and asked before check-in to be sure we had a room with the ocean view. I was upgraded for just a few more dollars. Arrived to the room and the one complaint is the air conditioning clearly does not work. Staff arrived shortly after to prep the fireplace. Another staff member checked in to see if we were good and gave us a fan. Later to my surprise, they came back to the room with a bucket of ice and champagne completely unexpected. The properties absolutely stunning!"

"This place was great! Rooms were big, beds were comfortable didn’t hurt my back! Slept great! Centrally located! Street noise was not a problem at all! Staff was very nice and attentive! Can’t say enough about this place! We would defiantly stay here again! It’s not fancy or updated like some but for the price it was great!"

No one can give me the correct phone number to call and no one will give me the refund to my credit card; this is the worst service I have ever had. I canceled due to illness. I didn’t check in. I didn’t stay there. I didn’t anything. I’m just waiting for a refund. Can someone help me?"
