"Overall good experience but basic stay needs. Complementary breakfast was good. The room condition and premises cleanliness is just fine not very well maintained. The staff are very nice and friendly."

"Fabulous location, good sized room and spacious deck; comfortable furniture, including deck chairs; Franklin stove was a cozy addition. Bathroom clean, but ready for renovation. Microwave would have been a welcome addition. The refrigerator was FILLED with canned beverages, leaving no space for customer’s own wine, water, or snacks!"
