"I left the hotel with extreme disappointment and anger. My friend and I stayed for two nights from December 9-11. Originally, my booking was at the Le Monet Hotel but was cancelled last minute. Luckily, I managed to make a reservation at the Brent Guest House. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted to see a beautiful lobby and welcoming staff. "The location of the hotel was not ideal. It is hidden in the back of the property and a multi-level car parking area is under construction. It is not ideal for walking around the city because of its remote location."
