Problem about the noise during quiet hours, encountered pest in the room and no water the next day. Also no flushes in the toilet. Aside from being pet friendly (P350 fee) and kind staff who really apologized for all the inconvenience and stated all were "Noted" , I cannot think for other positives about this place. I just hope they really do something about the noise, water problem and cleanliness of the place.

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this transient. When we first checked in, there was a cockroach in our room, the room had a bad smell, and the water heater wasn’t working.they transfer us to another room, but unfortunately, the flush toilet and bidet in the new room were also not functioning properly. The receptionist was not welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience even worse. Breakfast was scheduled to start at 8:30 AM, which is already quite late. To make things worse, we called at 10:05 AM asking if we could still get our complimentary breakfast, but we were told breakfast was only available until 10:00 AM. The day before, we specifically asked the staff about the breakfast hours, and they told us it was until 10:30 AM. I even checked multiple booking websites, and they also stated that breakfast is served until 10:30 AM. The inconsistent information was very frustrating. The food service was also disappointing. They served meals without any condiments like ketchup or other dipping sauces, making the food dry. one time, the manager served us food that had a strand of hair in it. but the manager didn’t seem concerned or even apologize. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. Poor room conditions, unfriendly staff, inconsistent information, and lack of concern for basic cleanliness and customer service. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I cannot recommend this place to others.
