This is a very old building and didn’t have elevator. Staff was very helpful and friendly and we upgraded to newer building across street with no problems. WiFi is only in lobby

Not impressed

Stayed in the older building. Room was disgusting. Stains on sheets and towels, and wall. Carpet was dirty. The staff was friendly however.

The room was okay until I noticed small mouse roaming around. My husband finds trash still in the bin Lime scale are found on the showerhead and faucet I develop allergic rhinitis overnight Bed is comfy With electric kettle No coffee amenities

Checking on Family

When i got there , everything was fantastic. Love where i stayed and want to stay there again. Then we had a Power outage and i could not get back in my room. They changed the lock for me and after 2 days i was able to get back , over all the stay was great and i will be returning soon.

The room is very old, it needs renovation. It feels like you are in a hospital. The furnitures are old and the bedside lamp is falling apart. The carpet is also worn out and with stains. The bed is not comfortable to sleep in. There is also a bad smell inside the room. The drain in the sink is also clogging. I will not recommend to others specially to elderly since they do not have elevetor. Breakfast is okey but need to go to the other building.

One of the Fd tone of voice is a bit rude. The building and everything are old and some are rusty. They didn't honor the price showing for extra guest on Expedia. On the first day, the breakfast was delivered to our room. On the second day, I've asked to deliver the breakfast to our room but they declined because room service is only for seniors and pwd. I'm confused.
