Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and would like to try different rooms. the swimming was nice and clean. everything almost perfect. they just need to add a restaurant since most restaurant are far away from the hotel. or you would have to bring your own then the employee would charge your for bringing foods or drinks because they say the sell them on site. "

"I was expecting a hotel room as advertised. I was given a different place, a townhouse unit with a broken screendoor, defective hot water service, 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and a stinking drainage. I booked 2 rooms for two families. Two different booking numbers. When we arrived on the day, we were led to the townhouse unit and said that all of us would be staying in the same unit! Until I insisted that I booked for two separate rooms that they started looking for another unit for us. We were asked to wait for an hour as another room has just been vacated and cleaning was just being done! How did you arrive at a rating of 9.4 for this?"
