"Everything was very nice: great room, bed, shower - all very nice. The one thing that could have been better was the inroom coffee. The little pack of grounds that you set in the tray there - it does not make a good cup of coffee, not even close. "

"Nice location. The restroom could have been cleaner. There were some bugs in the restroom and the shower didn’t feel clean."

" Very clean, prompt check-in, complementary drinks at the bar, complementary breakfasts, although they did not have drink machines on the floors, there was filterered water on the ice machine. Soda’s available down at the food area, and snacks at the snack shop. Complementary rides from hotel to casino and back to room. I have to say I was actually really impressed with this Hotel it is definitely worth the state and it was extremely clean and beds were comfortable too. Bathrooms were very nice shower area ,and dip in bathtubs. Bathroom lights would come on whenever you walk in the bathroom so you didn’t even need to turn them on automatic censored bathrooms. It would even turn the fan on in the bathroom when using the bathroom area to go to the bathroom. That’s just a very nice hotel. I would stay there again "

"Renovated modern clean spacious room, blackout curtains, comfortable bed with extra pillows - plenty of hot water for my nightly therapeutic bath, excellent service in breakfast area and many breakfast options- friendly professional staff and a fabulous gym with upscale equipment!"

"Got there rude service. Had a cockroach in out first room. Said parking would be free (still got charged for it) and breakfast vouchers we couldn't use. Horrible place and never ever go back."

"Great location for exploring Sonoma vineyards but the hotel is just so so, our room smelled and we had a few spiders and the a/c was hit or miss. Most importantly to us, the hotel staff was not very friendly or helpful, especially the older tall gray haired man. "
