"The property was dirty and falling apart. The tv didn't work and the water pressure was terrible."

"It was fine, not for the price per night, and there is basically no check in desk. The desk apparently closes at 10 which is odd seeing as their restaurant is open until 10:30 and still seats people so why no one would be at the hotel for late check in is very odd. We left at 9am the day and the front desk was STILL not open which is again odd seeing as their restaurant opens at 8am. They make you do all these forms to check in…and then nothing we didn’t get a confirmation email on how to check in or one for checking out I just got a text each time telling me thank you for checking in or out, but never information on how to actually do that. The number is very hard to get through to check in, you have to basically spam #2 when that guy starts talking during the main menu and you get someone from their neighboring facilities to help(that lady was absolutely wonderful). The whole process was insanity and for almost 200 a night they can have someone helping you to check in and out AND for all other things needed(like the fact there was no coffee or sugar in the room). I would rather have spent the night at any place next door, for the same amount of money, and gotten a way better experience."

"Slow check-in (understaffed) and parking validation. Shampoo empty in the room, nit enough towels, and sheets/pillow for the pullout sofa missing. They brought it all up to me upon request. Very flat pillows. Property was very nice and clean. Made-to-order breakfast was excellent."

"We stayed at the La Quinta as we’ve stayed in others and enjoyed our stay. This was not the same experience! The shower was unusable as the shower head was coming out of the wall and way too short for my 5’5” husband to stand under! When the toilet paper needed to be used the toilet paper holder came out of the wall! The air conditioner made so much noise and don’t get me started about the mattress that was older than my 65 year old self! We stayed one night and would sleep in the car before we stayed there again."

"The hotel stay was good. The hotel was clean, attractive, and breakfast very good. The main issue I have is the forethought from the hotel on requested handicap room. The room was sufficient except there was not thought in the type of bed provided for a handicap room. The mattress height was so high and so it was extremely difficult for my mom r to get in and out of the bed. I had to physically assist her every time she got in and out. In most cases, handicap guests need to be able to sit easily on the bed without climbing in it. The mattress was fine, but the height with box springs was very high. This critique should be considered by the hotel and maybe corporation's guidelines for this type of room. I made my comments known to the front desk clerk, but she did not seem interested in my comment."
