The staff is very cordial, the place is beautiful with a big hot tub and a view to die for.

"The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful "

"Sin agua caliente, el wifi no funciona y dicen que el desayuno inicia a las 6:30 am pero a esa hora las opciones son limitadas (no había tinto, ni caldo)"

"El hotel contratado fue malo, primero el baño estaba fuera de la habitación el cual era compartido, contraté con parqueadero para el carro y no había me dijeron q lo dejara afuera y les dejara las llaves por si tocaba moverlo, cuando me fui a bañar me negaron el agua caliente porque era en el horario de 7pm a 10pm. No lo recomiendo "
