Trash bins throughout the property were overflowing, which gave a poor first impression. The environment also felt a bit sketchy, with some questionable individuals around the premises. The room itself was surprisingly clean, but the bedding appeared to be washed in-house and had visible stains, which was concerning. The pool area was in very poor condition—the jacuzzi in particular looked neglected and uninviting. Additionally, the elevator needs serious repairs, especially for older guests who may have difficulty reaching rooms on higher floors like the third floor.” “I should have read the reviews beforehand—that’s on me. Overall, despite the issues, it was quiet at night and I was able to sleep well.”"

"Unfortunately the front desk staff could not find my sister in laws reservation under her name, she was. left waiting in the lobby for over an hour with a newborn, so I thought I made an error and booked a second room only to find that they now had two rooms under her name. incompetent staff with no apology for their severe error."

"We arrived on Friday, May 1st, to check in with a reservation for a king-size bed. Upon arrival, the front desk employee (a female staff member whose name I did not catch) informed us that no king-size bedrooms were available, while making no apparent effort to explore alternative options. Fortunately, another front desk employee, Michael, overheard the conversation and suggested checking for an accessible room so we could still have a king-size bed. Thanks to Michael’s initiative, we were able to secure a room that met our original reservation and slept comfortably. Without his assistance, we would have been placed in a room with full-size beds. On Sunday morning, I went to the Red bar/restaurant to get a cup of coffee to go before heading to the hot tub. A female host approached me, and when I asked for coffee, she directed me to go outside to the golf course snack shack instead of assisting me at the hotel restaurant. Fortunately, another staff member, Rogelio, stepped in and kindly offered to help. When I asked him for a coffee to go, he responded promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service. I appreciate the help from Michael and Rogelio; my experience with other staff members was disappointing and inconsistent with what I expect from a resort of this caliber."

"I wish the staff had made it clear to me on check in that if I wanted my room made up, I would have to ask a day in advance. Housekeeping left fresh towels when I asked but didn't even take away towels on floor, as is standard. Pool is lovely. I wish someone on staff would have spoken with parent of a small child, as the child was in the pool all by herself other than adult hotel guests like me. She may have been between 5 to 7 years old. She told me that her dad said if she was drowning, that I or one of the other guests would save her, and she couldn't swim well, so she wasn't supposed to be in the deep end (as she was swimming in the deep end). Hotel staff were around and did nothing that I saw to speak with the parent and I couldn't find him either. There should be a protocol in place for unaccompanied children in the pool area. This was so unsafe."
