In a funky area but never felt unsafe in the hotel. Staff were helpful, everything was clean for a one night staff. Bonus for having breakfast and a clean gym!

Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf
One of the best free breakfasts I've ever had. Service was incredible. Can't beat the location a block or two walk from the wharf and trolley. Loved it

So, there are three Hyatt's in San Francisco. My reservation was for the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, at Embarcadero Center. There is also a Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, and Hyatt SOMA.
