"This hotel is wonderful and I highly recommend it. Salvador and the breakfast crew went above and beyond to make me happy each morning. The breakfast is one of the best of any hotel I have been to lately. The rooms are comfortable and make up in functionality what they lack in view. The only space for improvement would be the room service menu, it is so limited and the restaurant food is too messy and exotic and frankly not very good (not to mention expensive). But Uber eats has so many good options in that area that it was like having all of Escazu as room service. Big shout out to the burger at the bar, that was exceptional. Overall this hotel is the best in San Jose and I hope it stays this way! "

"I booked this room for my husband and our 3 kids for the night so we would be closer to the airport for our flight the next morning. Super close to airport and has free shuttle to and from. Staff was nice, the mall next door entertaining for the family and dinner. "
