"We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk at check-in, with very clear instructions about morning breakfast. Excellent hot springs at various temperatures laid out very nicely with privacy. Rooms were very spacious and luxurious and the beds were very comfortable. We were facing the Arensl volcano and can occasionally see the full mountain when it was clear. Nice location, not too far from downtown La Fortuna and other main attractions. Very highly recommend this place for staying, if you visit La Fortuna."
