The folks at the desk very friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew was also accommodating and made sure the coffee never ran out. The breakfast and coffee was consistent and delicious. The facility is ultra clean and a two minute walk to the 2nd and King train station, that makes it easy to get anywhere in the city on MUNI. If I come back to San Fran, I will stay here. Thanks.

Perfect spot if you are going to the Giants game! My family of four spent two nights here and the staff was excellent. The room was big enough for us all and had a couch as well.

Perfect hotel to go see a baseball game for a quick visit. It was clean but nothing special. Free breakfast every morning was a nice feature. Fresh fruit and basics was nice to have avaiable. I would stay there again.

We were here for 4 days and it was perfect. We could walk to the harbour for tourist attractions but the area near the hotel was nice and quiet.the hotel was very clean and staff was so attentive. It had everything we needed. It looked like a brand new hotel.

Check in/out was handled by a friendly staff. Room was cleaned overall though I did find a stand of hair that wasn’t mine in the bathroom sink. You can’t beat the location (less than a block away) if you’re going to Oracle park!
