Top San Fernando Valley Hotel Reviews

Valley Inn
2/10 Terrible
"This property was disgusting was roach infested"

Hotel Burbank
10/10 Excellent
"Housekeeping was attentive. Towels were super soft. Nice, safe property. Bar and coffee shop was convenient. Only negative was the pool was not heated. "

Coast Burbank Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The neighborhood is great for walkers.
We have family nearby and walked to their house. We discovered Olive’s Bistro on our last day for breakfast.
The food was better and the staff friendlier than the famous Talleyrand down the street!"

The Tangerine - A Burbank Hotel
8/10 Good
"Cute place, centrally located."

Best Western Plus Carriage Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Area was very centralized and close by to Universal Studios and the LA Zoo which is what we were there for. There gas stations and restaurants nearby, super quick and easy on and off the freeway access. The carpets were a little outdated and had that old smell but other than that the rooms, beddings, and bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. Definitely would return."

Cambria Hotel Burbank Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, modern and clean and close to restaurants. "

Ramada by Wyndham Burbank Airport
10/10 Excellent
"I particularly liked how clean the room was. The room was spacious, the mattress was fully enclosed in a cover, as were the pillows, and the bed was elevated on a frame (not a box spring). The floors were very clean, bathroom was spacious as well.
Parking was somewhat of a challenge with narrow lanes around the perimeter of the building, and there are a few more secure parking spaces on the interior of the building (accessible via a card-entry gate). We felt very safe and secure snagging a parking spot in this interior area.
There was a small coffee maker in the room, but complimentary coffee was not offered in the lobby, and we were directed toward the Cuban restaurant integrated with the hotel if we wanted coffee outside of the room.
The hotel has satellite TV with a handful of channels.
I think this hotel room was a great value, and I'd gladly book a room there again. "

Studio City Court Yard Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Really nice staff specially, the guy in the check-in desk can’t complain. The only thing is that you do have to pay for a parking if you booked through Expedia."

Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport
8/10 Good
"If you want to watch big lizards swim right by you and have spider monkeys come to greet you on your balcony, this is the resort for you. The coati forage at night and there are ROUSes!! Add exploring ancient temples at night- very cool place to stay.
Everything is clean. The staff was amazing. Park access to XCaret is a trek, but there are golf cart “taxis” on the property, and bar near the entrance for reinforcements. The separate taco restaurant, just upstairs from the buffet, has decent tacos. Real tacos with soft tortillas, onions, cilantro, a lime wedge; and habanero sauce on the side.
The food was not good, and I mean the recipes. We didn’t get sick-great food safety practices, but the food didn’t taste good. We “found something to eat” at every buffet meal, but that was often just bread, cheese, fruit. Most options are pre sauced and overly complex. You can’t just “scrape it off”- this is an issue if you have food allergies or anything you need to avoid- or you have a kid on the autism spectrum. The food service staff is attentive and friendly. They looked up ingredients for me a few times, and it was clear they took us seriously.
The bread and pastries are excellent. You can buy Nescafe espresso based drinks in the lower lobby. The bars have a lot of different tequila options, Bacardi rums. The vodka situation was dire. Bartenders were happy to use recipes for drinks they didn’t recognize.
