The stay was alright overall. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable, so I had a decent night's sleep. The breakfast, however, was pretty limited and didn't have many options. The lobby had bad smell. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there is room for improvement, especially with the breakfast selection and smell in the checkin lobby area.

The hotel was nice and the stuff was friendly. However, the room smelled like sewer and there were ants in the bathroom. Breakfast is from 630-930 but everything gets put away around 9. Don't expect to come at that time and still find hot food. Aside from that, it was worth the price.

Staff was efficient and nice. Getting on and off freeway was good. Quiet hotel. 1st room smelled like sewer gas and tub faucet leaked about a gallon an hour. 2nd room was better, but still needs update. Closest restaurant, Dennys, was still a good walk away and on freeway frontage road. Busy intersections.

Staff was nice and Beds were clean. But spiderwebs and bugs covering windows, bathroom door did not shut. Breakfast ok and basic. Floors need repair everywhere, did not use the pool but the hot tub was taped off.

Showed up 3:40PM (check in is at 3:00PM) and was told that my room was not ready yet to come back in 30-40 mins. I have NEVER had this issue. I was going to just ask to cancel my stay and go elsewhere but I didn’t want to make it a big issue. Came back after 40 mins and was told it was still not ready but we could begin with the check-in process to kill time. Once given my room key was told to take my time getting to my room as they were almost done getting it ready. After a 4 hour drive, with children, this was very inconvenient. I did pay for the deluxe suite and it was ok at best, breakfast was simple. Make your own waffles grab some scrambled eggs and sausage with a bagel or some cereal. Nothing extraordinary. Hot tub was also closed off.

I liked everything about my stay. The staff provided housekeeping every day and replaced the towels daily, which I really appreciated. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were ants in the bathroom when we first arrived.

I liked that it was close to the convention center, zoo, safari park, they had a luggage cart you could use, free breakfast that had something edible, house keeping was nice and kept my rooms cleaned. What was frustrating is the room keys kept deactivating. Forcing me to go back to the lobby to reactivate multiple times. At one point the elevator close to my room stopped working so I had to walk farther to another elevator. Glad they had more than one elevator. The stairs do not go down to the lobby. They go outside to the parking lot. So when my key deactivated, there were lots of annoying unplanned walking to get back to the lobby.
