Air conditioning wasn’t working when we got there. Took them over 12 hours to get it working again. Sink in bathroom was stopped up and again took them awhile to come fix it. Elevators were down multiple times as well

The area surrounding the hotel was a bit unsafe. There were people sitting in dark areas around the upper level parking garage. The areas down the street near a restaurant and up the street near the gas station were equally unsafe. I had an issue with my breakfast food and the only person that resolved it was Nala. The room was fine as I did not expect much considering the surrounding area. We did not use any of the amenities. The market place was very limited. No real snacks for families. There was no room service available at this location. For the price it was fine but I would go elsewhere for a true Hilton experience.

My room had trash from previous group. You have to pay for parking Wi-Fi breakfast plus deposit. Staff was rude had to ask for more towels 4 times finally walked to house keeping my self

The spa pool is good and the swimming pool Is good but there is no shower place by the pool Which is not convenient at all!

We always stay here at this location and I have Zero complaints about the property, rooms, staff, etc. My ONLY gripe is the parking which is blah at best, the parking spots are made for mini cars. Other than that, this is in my top two hotels for business/pleasure stays in San Diego!

They put me in a room which had terrible sounds coming from multiple AC units. Did not sleep more then 1 hour all night. Called front desk they said they didn’t have another room. Informed manger and no call back yet. They refunded parking but still on the hook for a terrible night. The front desk made no notes of every communication I had with them. When I requested a refund they claimed there was no known issue in the room. I ask if they wanted my video proof and they ignored my offer multiple times. They eventually offered Hilton honors points as compensation. Luckily I had names and times of people I spoke with. I would say report all incidents to corporate to circumvent their lack of follow through and denial of obvious maintenance issues.

I do not typically leave poor reviews, however, the room we had came with broken drawers, a very cold swimming pool, and a television without cable service that they claimed to have. It was very noisy at night with traffic, and there was an additional charge to park each night. For the price, I would go elsewhere. The highlight of this facility was the room cleaners. They were very hard working, thorough, and kind. They happily provided extra towels and washcloths upon request.

Staff was not helpfull, tv remote and most outlets didn't work, food vouchwrs were not ready, bayh sink clogged, etc. I dont recommend this hotel at all. The people that worked at the restaurant and bar area were very nice.

I got the master suit for a night to enjoy I didn’t like how I know check out is at 12 pm but while I was in the shower I came out to a housekeeper in my room and it was only 9 am I think that wasn’t right at all for the housekeeper to come in knowing I haven’t checked out I work in hospitality also I work at a hotel and I know that’s something I definitely don’t let my housekeeper do I really was upset and I actually did leave right after just felt like I was getting rushed out even though I did pay a good amount for my stay

Our stay was pleasant and the hotel was nice. I haven’t had time to reach out to the hotel, but they charged me for parking when I didn’t even have a vehicle. The guy at the front desk didn’t seem happy, so I’m not sure if he did that on purpose.

This location was convenient for my trip and had a gorgeous lobby and a spacious room. Housekeeping started on my floor way too early in the morning and the walls were quite thin so I could hear the people around me when trying to sleep. I wasn’t at the hotel very much during my trip as I was off exploring museums and the beach. I’d stay here again

The staff was nice but the room was horrible. It felt humid in there even when i had the AC to 68degrees.(and its april not summer) I walked in and 3 roaches greeted me around my restroom/ entrance (mind you I'm on the 6th floor) Then my worst nightmare came to life and as I'm sleeping a mini roach was crawling on my arm which made me wake up and slap it away. And I couldnt go back to sleep. Thank god were only staying 1 night. DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR TYPE of hotel.

Todo estuvo genial, el staff muy amables y nuestro check in fue muy rápido, el área es genial por que si no quieres desayunar en el hotel al lado hay un Denny’s y si caminas cruzando el puente puedes encontrar muchas tiendas de conveniencia como target o trader joe’s, lo único que no me gustó fue que cobraran 35 dólares de parking por noche y si regresas muy tarde es difícil encontrar un lugar disponible para aparcarse, también hubo un simulacro de alarmas de incendio y nos despertaron a las 8 de la mañana por medio de una bocina en el cuarto, lo que no nos dejó descansar debido al sonido muy fuerte y molesto que duró poco más de una hora continua, básicamente tuvimos que salirnos de la habitación 2 horas antes de nuestro check out por qué el ruido no era soportable
