"The check-in lasted almost one hour. More than 20 people in a queue, because the hotel did not have the rooms ready, that was what they said. We arrived at 4:00PM, as many others, and got the key around 5:00PM."

"Clean room. The location was perfect for our visit(going to Petco park). The pool is heated which I wish I would have known ahead of time, it looked great. Everyone was friendly."
