No respetan la reservación previa, no les importa que exijas el cambio. Pagué por una suite y me estaban dando un cuarto chico, nada qué ver con lo solicitado. Nunca dio la cara el gerente. La habitación de arriba, sin energía eléctrica, sin servicio a las habitaciones, sin restaurante y sin estacionamiento.

Para empezar no tenía servicios de spa, no había restaurante abierto del hotel, la calefacción se hecho a perder, no servía el telefono. El hotel muy bonito pero de nada sirve lo bonito si no tiene ciertos servicios.

Limpieza en baños

Fue bonita solo que la puerta del baño no cerraba, la habitación olía mucho a humedad y el baño, la pared de la regadera tiene hongos.

Mini halte à San Cristobal

Petit halte dans cet hôtel. Très accueillant et propre. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans nos chambres mais. Nous avions une sorte de petit salon juste devant nos chambre où nous avions le wifi. Pas de petit déjeuner à l’hôtel mais bcp de commerce à proximité le propose

No cuenta con estacionamiento, ni restaurant y lo peor pagas por tener una habitación y no te abren cuando quieres llegar a dormir yo y otros huéspedes nos quedamos afuera esperando, tuve que gestionar estancia en otro lugar, solo me sirvió para ir al baño antes de ir a cenar, q bien lo puedo hacer en una gasolinera en lugar de pagar por una habitación, fatal servicio! NO VAYAN!

El hotel esta bonito, limpio, la atención del personal buena, peroooooooo los cuartos tienen un olor a guardado, viejo muy desagradable, penetrante. El colchon, las sabanas y almohadas nada suaves, no descanse y pase una noche horriblemente desagradable

No tienen estacionamiento, si lo requieres tienes que pagar una cuota extraordinaria. Después de registrarme, proceso que duró como veinte minutos, salí del hotel y cuando regresé, aproximadamente a la 1 de la madrugada, tuve que esperar cuarenta minutos porque el timbre no servía, además de que tuve que marcar por teléfono a la recepción y tocar con fuerza la puerta. El cuarto de baño se moja todo porque la regadera no tiene puerta, la habitación huele a humedad, las sábanas también. No tienen más que dos empleados y creo que no se dan abasto. Al otro día me fueron a pedir la habitación y aunque solicite un late check out porque tengo expedia premium me lo negaron y me dijeron que debía salir a la 1 p.m. que si me pasaba aunque fuera un minuto me iban a cobrar medio día. Los muebles son viejos y como remanufacturados. Es un servicio de motel. Está lejos del centro.

Mala relación calidad-precio.

La entrada del hotel es muy bonita, y de día es una zona agradable, sin embargo, de noche está muy alejada del centro y es oscura. El baño tenía un olor terrible y en general la habiación no era nada cómoda. Como punto a favor, tienen un pequeño bar a la entrada que es muy agradable, pero no compensa lo caro que es.

The manager at Grand Guadalupe transferred us to Las Escaleras, another hotel by Inmense. It was an amazing place...beautiful and right near the center of town.

The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Evelyn and Oscar make you feel at home. They are wonderfully hospitable with great personalities and smiles. The rooms have everything you need. Toiletries are of great quality. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast is delicious beyond words... just can’t say enough of Grand Guadalupe! If you’re staying in San Cristóbal this is most definitely the bestest.

Avoid this hotel!

The employees of this hotel were very unhelpful. The manager never cared to address the problems with the room such as the lack of hot water, internet and tv service. Furthermore the hotel was very cold and there was not heater. Lastly, the room was extremely noise due to the fact that all the rooms face the street. I would not recommend this hotel!

Al llegar no respetaron l pago ene efectivo, y ya nos queríamos ir, aparte teníamos reservación para 2 habitaciones con dos camas y nos dieron solo con una cama, La gerente lo resolvió y al final nos quedamos,y después todo resultó muy agradable.
